Day to day?

Oversee the entire sales progression process, from the acceptance of an offer to the completion of the sale, ensuring all parties remain well-informed throughout.
Maintain organised files for each sale, ensuring all administrative tasks are efficiently handled.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all involved parties.
Coordinate and communicate with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisers.
Promote our services when appropriate, aiming to generate referral leads.

£30,000 PA + Bonus of £5k throughout the year on offer
