Working Hours: Ideally 20 hours per week across 5 shorter days, although some flexibility can be provided to less than 5 days with occasional remote working

What You’ll Be Doing as a Client-Side Property Manager
- Overseeing building renovations and supervising maintenance contractors.
- Managing maintenance accounts and performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinating service charge administration and assisting external accountants.
- Directing on-site concierge and security staff around the building’s office.
- Ensuring fire safety compliance and maintaining all regulatory records.
- Handling insurance renewals, claims, and relationships with brokers.
- Maintaining digital archives and files using Microsoft Office.
- Processing leaseholder applications for alterations and pet consents.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in residential block or leasehold management.
- Exposure to service charge accounting or general bookkeeping processes.
- Tech-savvy professional with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage records and workflows efficiently without a CRM system.
- Experience supervising on-site teams and various external vendors is preferred but not essential.
- Professionalism and discretion as a Client-Side Property Manager
