    A highly regarded London lettings agency is seeking a Senior Tenancy Progressor to take ownership of the entire pre-tenancy journey. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring every tenancy is organised, compliant, and ready for move-in, often handling complex or high-value cases. The successful Senior Tenancy Progressor will thrive on structure, communication, and delivering a seamless experience to both tenants and landlords.     What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Tenancy Progressor
    • Managing the full move-in process from holding deposit to key handover.
    • Coordinating daily with negotiators and keeping all parties updated.
    • Sending tenant welcome packs, overseeing referencing, and gathering documents.
    • Preparing and issuing agreements and ensuring all signatures are completed.
    • Handling compliance tasks including safety certificates and legal documentation.
    • Completing AML, ID, and Right-to-Rent checks and recording results.
    • Organising cleaning, inventories, and essential pre-tenancy works.
    • Updating utility providers and ensuring smooth onboarding for new tenants.
    • Registering deposits and maintaining accurate audit trails.
    • Providing weekly updates on tenancy progress.
    • Working with Finance and Property Management for smooth handovers.
    • Maintaining organised digital and physical files across relevant systems.
     
    What We’re Looking For
    • Experience as a Move-In Progressor, Tenancy Administrator, or similar within London lettings.
    • Strong understanding of tenancy compliance, ID checks, deposit rules, and safety documents.
    • Confident using lettings software such as Alto, Goodlord, or Fixflo.
    • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tenancies at once.
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Able to work effectively under tight timelines.
    • Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service.
