You’ll work remotely, building relationships with estate agency partners and helping vendors and buyers navigate the sales process — all while earning excellent commission in a structured, employed role as a Remote Estate Agent.

 

• Working closely with partnered estate agents to encourage lead generation
• Guiding vendors through the auction sales process and highlighting benefits
• Scheduling viewings between buyers, sellers and agents (no need to attend)
• Taking offers, progressing negotiations, and handling deposit arrangements
• Handling minor complaints where needed
• Meeting KPI targets set by your Regional Manager

As a Remote Estate Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to handle a wide range of property transactions while delivering a premium service — all from home.

✅ Estate Agency experience (ideally 2–3 years in sales or valuations)

✅ Motivated by KPIs, targets, and performance incentives

✅ Excellent communication and telephone manner

✅ Confident working independently from home

✅ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

• £28,000 basic salary
• Average earnings Year 1: £42,000
• Average earnings Year 2 onwards: £55,000
• Top 20 performers earn £80,000+
• Fully remote working model
• Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm
• Approximately 1 in 8 Saturdays required (9:00am–2:00pm)
• Clear career path to Team Leader and Regional Manager
