What are the key duties for the Receptionist role?
- First impressions definitely count! You will be meeting and greeting all incoming clients to the office and point them to the right team members whilst always giving excellent levels of customer service.
- Assist both the sales and lettings team where necessary.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate on forms and databases.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure that appropriate solutions for obtaining supplies and office equipment are made.
- Sort through mail to intended recipients within the office and decide for outgoing mail to be delivered to the courier.
- Provided support in handling travel arrangements for property managers and agents and managing meetings by taking and recording minutes.
The Receptionist working hours: Monday – Friday, 9-6.
Location of the Receptionist role: North-West London.
