• Handling property sales and negotiations for buyers and sellers.
• Providing professional and informative property advice to clients.

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the North London property market.
• Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Meeting monthly sales targets and objectives.

 

Skills & Experience Required

• This is a full-time position, with 5-day working weeks. The finish times vary between 6pm and 7pm depending on the day.

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Property Broker, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent.
• Strong knowledge of the property market, particularly in North London.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality service.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
• Full UK driving licence  and own vehicle is required.

Senior Leasing Manager | North London | £45,000 PA  

Are you experienced within the PRS Lettings sector and looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy the competitiveness of ensuring all properties are not vacant? Are you able to let vacant properties efficiently and give 5* customer service when doing so? Do you enjoy building and nurturing strong customer relationships with those in your portfolio and look after them from start to finish? What would your day look like as an Assistant Leasing Manager?

Financial & Budget Oversight: Handle deposit deductions, manage budgets for maintenance, and identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services or new income streams.

Lettings Management: Oversee the complete lettings process from end to end—organising viewings, qualifying prospective tenants, managing offers, and ensuring properties are well-presented and accurately advertised.

New Developments: Familiarise yourself with new properties, coordinate with the marketing team to stay updated on development timelines and manage any reported property issues to ensure a positive tenant experience.

Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, manage inquiries and communications professionally, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing tenant support.

Tenancy & Property Management: Conduct regular property inspections, arrange necessary maintenance, manage check-in/check-out processes, and oversee lock changes. Coordinate tenancy renewals and terminations while ensuring properties meet standards.

Team & General Support: Supervise on-site lettings staff as needed, support team operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth reporting for compliance and internal use.

 

Essential Requirements:

• Property management / Lettings experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated authority in previous management role(s), skill, and adaptability in addressing customer needs.
• Alignment with company values and commitment to customer care.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic role, meeting strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ICT aptitude.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated accountability and integrity in actions and development.
