We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join their team as a Residential Concierge. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and high standard of living within a modern residential community in the bustling North London area. What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge
As a Residential Concierge, your main goal will be to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all residents and guests, providing a professional and friendly welcome.
- Managing and resolving resident enquiries, requests, and issues efficiently and courteously, maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Handling mail and package deliveries, managing key logs, updating resident databases, and performing general office duties.
- Conducting regular building checks, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and ensuring communal areas are presentable at all times.
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of resident events and activities to foster a strong community spirit.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality, residential property management, or high-end retail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to commit to a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, operating between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
