The Role

As a Property Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring lease adherence, renewals, and legal compliance
• Managing rent collection and tracking payments to guarantee rental income
• Handling tenant enquiries, complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinating inspections, scheduling maintenance, and working with contractors for both reactive and planned works
• Managing invoices and financial entries alongside the Director
• Overseeing operations, supplies, and optimising efficiency across the portfolio
• Reconciling banking entries and allocations
• Assisting with other ad-hoc compliance exercises to ensure the highest industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager
• Strong understanding of property compliance and lease management
• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and workflow optimisation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detail

The Package

• £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
