    We’re working with a respected property business in search of a detail-driven, organised Senior Client Accountant to provide maternity cover within their finance team. This is a full-time, fixed-term role based at their London office, offering fantastic exposure to diverse client accounting responsibilities — with the potential for a longer-term opportunity following the initial contract.
     
    As a Senior Client Accountant, you’ll play a central role in managing arrears, supporting rent guarantee administration, handling multi-entity bookkeeping, and maintaining key relationships with clients and councils.     What you’ll be doing as a Senior Client Accountant:

    • Providing full bookkeeping support for a multi-company property portfolio using Xero

    A prestigious residential living provider is searching for a dedicated Day Concierge to be the face of their Hendon development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while providing top-tier service to residents.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintaining handover lists for the next Concierge taking over the shift so that duties can be actioned and regularly monitored
    • Ensure the fire evacuation procedures are always updated
    • Keeping keys coded & ensuring these are signed in and out at all times
    • Take in parcels where required and store appropriately or arrange to be delivered to tenants
    • Oversee CCTV to ensure safety is always a priority and report any unusual behaviour to the police
    • Ensure building access is always safe and report any issues with entry as urgent
    • Act as front of house at all times unless on patrol, using appropriate signage when away
    • Overseeing the health and safety and cleanliness of communal areas (car park, communal grounds, gym, front desk etc…)
    • Undertaking tours of the apartments and building and dealing with incoming enquiries in regard to rentals
    • Check for any major faults/health & safety risks, ensuring risk assessments are filled in correctly & reported
    • Conduct regular fire alarm testing & emergency lighting tests and report any faults
    • General meet & greet to all customers at FOH
    • Ensuring any major or minor notices are up noted clearly for residents to see
    • Offering support to any residents that have adhoc queries
    • Take feedback/complaints & ensure these are raised with senior management
    • Ensure all contractors sign in and out
    • Ensuring health & safety is always a priority and upheld to the highest standard for communal areas
    • Dealing with occasional inspections
    • Ensure building is clean and tidy at all times
    • Ensuring compliance is ALWAYS adhered to in accordance to industry regulations
