As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple developments, ensuring that operations, facilities, and resident services run smoothly and to the highest standard. You’ll play a key part in recruitment, training, team performance, and compliance, all while maintaining outstanding presentation across your portfolio.
This position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact across locations in London, the South East, and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
Getting New Sites Started Right
- Support with hiring and onboarding of onsite teams before properties open
- Ensure teams receive thorough training, systems handover, and essential documentation
- Establish amenity booking strategies and ensure consistency in delivery
People and Performance
- Recruit team members who reflect our values and vision
- Collaborate with HR and Ops to drive retention and reward strategies
- Set clear goals and KPIs for site teams, regularly reviewing performance
- Conduct performance reviews and career development plans
- Coach site staff, resolve underperformance issues, and build high-performing teams
- Be a brand ambassador and support events or sector engagement initiatives
Property Operations & Standards
- Oversee operational challenges and provide on-site resolution guidance
- Conduct regular inspections, ensuring exceptional presentation at all times
- Deliver support for budgeting, CapEx, compliance, and client reporting
- Handle complaints professionally and manage customer feedback to resolution
- Ensure robust health and safety practices are in place and followed
Leasing, Growth, and Innovation
- Implement smart strategies to drive leasing and income performance
- Collaborate on marketing and award submissions showcasing team and site success
- Tour VIPs, support marketing campaigns and monitor effectiveness
- Contribute to pipeline and design feedback based on operational insights
- Support sustainability goals and accreditations like BREEAM or GRESB
Culture & Community
- Deliver excellent service to residents, always
- Support community events, working closely with the marketing team
- Promote inclusion, fairness, and company values in everything you do
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven leadership experience within residential, BTR, or hospitality sectors
✅ A passion for team development, coaching, and performance management
✅ Strong communication skills and comfort using digital tools and reporting systems
✅ A solution-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
✅ A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple locations
✅ Proven leadership experience within residential, BTR, or hospitality sectors
