Your Role as a Senior Property Manager

✔ Take full ownership of a residential property portfolio
✔ Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and legal compliance
✔ Nurture professional relationships with both tenants and landlords
✔ Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic input
✔ Handle lease compliance, renewals, and dispute resolution
✔ Utilise RPS and property management systems to stay organised and efficient

You’ll Need to Have:

✅ A proven background in property management, ideally at senior level
✅ Confidence handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines
✅ Strong communication skills with a service-led mindset
✅ A working knowledge of UK property law and health & safety regulations
✅ Proficiency in RPS or similar software
✅ Cantonese or Mandarin language skills (highly desirable)
✅ ARLA qualified (preferred, but training can be provided)
