    What You’ll Be Doing as an Inspections Clerk
    • Carrying out property inspections across East London, ensuring detailed and accurate reporting.
    • Attending appointments approximately two days per week and completing associated reports and admin on the third.
    • Photographing and recording property condition, noting maintenance issues, and liaising with tenants and landlords.
    • Producing clear, comprehensive inspection reports — including periodic reports, inventories, and comparable check-out reports — using the company’s reporting system.
    • Representing the business professionally during all on-site visits.
    Mileage will be paid for all work-related travel.
     
    What We’re Looking For
    • Ideally 3 years’ experience in property inspections, lettings, or facilities roles.
    • Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication, and confident use of digital reporting tools.
    • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car or motorbike.
    • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently.
