We’re working with a forward-thinking residential operator in East London that’s seeking a confident and proactive Nights Resident Host to join their team at a landmark development. This full-time, permanent role follows a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern and offers a great opportunity to take ownership of the building overnight — providing reassurance, consistency, and service to residents outside of typical working hours.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Nights Resident Host:

As the overnight presence on site, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the building and supporting residents. You’ll act as the go-to person for out-of-hours needs and ensure that everything stays secure, safe, and running smoothly. Responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming late arrivals, handling resident queries, and maintaining a professional front-of-house
- Monitoring CCTV and managing access and security procedures
- Escalating and reporting maintenance issues and coordinating emergency responses
- Conducting regular checks of communal and plant areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Logging shift notes, completing handovers, and updating systems with overnight activity
- Handling complaints and incidents with calm and professional judgement
- Supporting a consistent resident experience and high building standards throughout the night
As a Nights Resident Host, your presence will give residents confidence and continuity, while ensuring the building is cared for overnight.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in customer-facing environments (hospitality, facilities, residential or concierge)
✅ Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
✅ Comfortable working independently and making decisions overnight
✅ Basic IT literacy (email, digital logging/reporting, CCTV etc.)

Our client is looking for a Client Accountant who is a methodical with great attention to detail and at least 3 years undertaking in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with good excel / spreadsheet skills.

What are the key duties for the Client Accountant?
- You will manage a portfolio for multiple clients
- Be tasked with setting up clients, properties, units, leases and tenants/debtors
- Monthly and quarterly issuing of rent demands/invoices
- You will prepare funding requests
- Reconciling and preparing statements of clients
- Periodic Ad-hoc client reporting in Excel
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Transferring funds to clients within limits of strict deadlines
- Maintaining rent increases, assignments, and renewals daily
- Authorising creditor invoice batches
- Preparing periodic VAT reports and VAT reconciliations
