We’re working with a well-established North London estate agency with a strong local reputation and a busy East Finchley office. Due to recent growth, they’re now looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join the team and build their career in residential property sales.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Negotiator:
You’ll be at the centre of the sales process — guiding clients through every step and helping the office achieve strong results. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Working closely with colleagues to hit personal and office targets
- Supporting sales progression through to exchange and completion
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with applicants and vendors — helping both sides achieve their goals with confidence and care.
