Our client, an award-winning property services company, is on the hunt for a dynamic Group Project Manager to take the reins on internal operations, IT systems, and strategic project execution. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving efficiency, improving digital infrastructure, and ensuring that everything runs like a dream.
Key Responsibilities
Building Brilliant Vendor & Stakeholder Partnerships – Work hand-in-hand with software providers, negotiate better solutions, and ensure seamless integrations that make life easier and business smarter.
Supercharging Digital Infrastructure – Take the lead on refining CRM tools, databases, and internal platforms to streamline operations and supercharge performance.
Boosting Online Presence – Oversee the company website, implement cutting-edge updates, and collaborate with digital experts to ramp up user engagement.
Powering Up Marketing Strategy – Team up with marketing to fine-tune e-marketing efforts, enhance outreach tools, and craft creative digital initiatives that grab attention.
Driving Innovation & Tech Adoption – Identify inefficiencies, introduce smart automation tools, and champion game-changing digital solutions.
Empowering Employees – Develop engaging training modules and onboarding programmes to ensure the team stays ahead of the digital curve.
Tracking Performance & Analytics – Monitor key business metrics, analyse trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to fuel growth.
Supporting Multiple Departments – Offer expert insights across Sales, Lettings, Mortgages, Land Development, and Commercial Property to keep everything running like clockwork.
Requirements
✔️ Proven experience leading tech-focused projects, managing business software, and fine-tuning operational workflows.
✔️ A sharp analytical mind with a knack for spotting opportunities and driving meaningful change.
✔️ Confidence in managing vendor relationships, negotiating enhancements, and overseeing technology integrations.
✔️ Exceptional leadership and communication skills to rally teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
✔️ Ability to juggle multiple projects while smashing deadlines and delivering results.
