Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | One Saturday every two weeks (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with a full day off in lieu the following week.
Base Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 PA (excluding commission & bonus)

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the business, liaising with clients, matching them with their ideal properties, and negotiating deals that exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling new and existing client enquiries – Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
- Conducting property viewings – Showcasing high-end properties with confidence and professionalism.
- Negotiating rental agreements – Securing the best terms for all parties involved.
- Building strong relationships – Maintaining a network of landlords, investors, and tenants.
- Achieving and exceeding targets – Driving revenue and personal earnings through a structured commission model.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a results-driven Lettings Negotiator who possesses:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Lettings & Property Services.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
- A proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to workload management.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence, ambition, and a self-motivated personality.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- A keen understanding of property investment calculations (yields, LTV, interest cover, etc.).
