• Developing strong relationships with applicants and vendors.
• Understanding buyers’ needs through detailed qualification.
• Planning and conducting well-structured property viewings.
• Advising buyers on financials and connecting them with mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Staying ahead throughout the conveyancing process.
• Overseeing referencing checks quickly and efficiently.
