What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Progressor (FTC)
- Drive residential sales from accepted offer to final completion.
- Bridge communication between purchasers, vendors, banks, and conveyancers.
- Speed up the process by chasing contracts, searches, and mortgage offers.
- Fix chain issues and resolve delays to prevent deal fall-throughs.
- Give frequent status reports to clients and internal teams.
- Set and align exchange and completion dates across the chain.
- Keep the CRM updated with precise case notes.
- Help the sales team hit targets by moving files efficiently.
- Form strong working ties with external solicitors and conveyancers.
- Handle a high volume of cases at once with clear communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor Or Conveyancing Paralegal.
- Ability to handle multiple fast-moving transactions at once.
- Strong skills in chasing third parties to meet tight deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail for maintaining accurate digital records.
- Professional manner when dealing with complex legal hurdles.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end residential property process.
