As an Infrastructure Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing estate and property management tasks across rural portfolios — from valuations and lettings to stakeholder engagement and strategic advice. ✅ Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience in rural and infrastructure sectors
✅ RICS Registered Valuer with solid valuation experience preferred
✅ Member or probationer of CAAV desirable

✅ Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and people skills
✅ Team-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to develop and maintain key relationships
✅ Full UK driving licence required for regional site visits
