What Youll Be Doing as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
- Accompanying prospective tenants on local property viewings.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and portal enquiries.
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable homes.
- Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Managing referencing checks, paperwork, and branch admin.
- Keeping the local property database and CRM up to date.
