Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (3 Saturdays on, 1 Saturday off per month with a weekday off in lieu)

Are you a motivated and personable individual ready to launch a career in the property industry? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Estate Agent to join a highly regarded local estate agency in Harlow. This role is perfect for someone fresh out of education or with limited work experience (up to 6 months), particularly in customer service or retail, who’s eager to break into property.
No prior estate agency experience is necessary — just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping people find their next home.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Estate Agent:
- Supporting experienced negotiators with viewings and valuations
- Accompanying clients to property visits and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Developing knowledge of the local housing market and learning sales techniques
- Building rapport with prospective buyers, tenants, and landlords
- Learning the ropes of the lettings and sales process from start to finish
- Updating the internal CRM and assisting with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this Trainee Estate Agent role, you should have:
✅ A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
✅ A strong desire to learn and build a long-term career in property
✅ Customer-facing experience, even if just for a few months, in sectors like retail, hospitality, or telesales
✅ Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly approach
✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to work Saturdays (3 in, 1 off monthly) with a day off in lieu during the week
