What Youll Be Doing as a Team Lead – Service Charge Accountant
- People management skills Lead, mentor, and support a residential block management finance team.
- Oversee end-to-end service charge accounting cycles in line with RICS guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate annual accounts and budgets.
- Manage team workloads, performance reviews, and daily workflows.
- Resolve complex financial escalations for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and financial compliance across all managed portfolios.
What Were Looking For
- Senior Service Charge Accountant ready to step up into leadership.
- Strong accounting background specifically within residential block management.
- Natural leadership ability with solid experience operating at a senior level.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and inspire a team.
- High attention to detail regarding complex client financial reporting.
- Relevant accounting qualification or equivalent property sector experience.
