You’ll Be Doing as a Service Charge Accountant (Team Lead)
- Coordinate year-end statements and manage the external audit process.
- Ensure annual budgets are precise and correctly uploaded.
- Oversee invoicing for service charges, ground rents, and fees.
- Manage utility recharges, insurance allocations, and tax administration.
- Maintain financial compliance across the residential portfolio as a Service Charge Accountant (Team Lead).
What We’re Looking For
- Previous accounting experience: residential sector knowledge is a bonus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel; Qube experience is an advantage for a Service Charge Accountant (Team Lead).
- High level of numerical accuracy and analytical ability.
- Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across different departments.
