What You’ll Be Doing as a (Service Charge Accountant)
- Leading the end-of-year accounting cycle for a variety of managed estates.
- Serving as a dedicated Service Charge Accountant to identify and rectify budget discrepancies.
- Processing high volumes of financial data while maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Liaising with external auditors to facilitate smooth year-end reviews.
- Assisting in the growth of the department as a key Service Charge Accountant.
- Ensuring all financial activities comply with current RICS and ARMA guidelines.
- Utilising your expertise as a Service Charge Accountant to improve internal reporting processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in the residential block management or real estate sector.
- Competency in managing multi-site financial accounts.
- A professional comfortable with a split week of 2 days in the Peterborough hub and 3 days working remotely.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly with Excel and specialised accounting software.
- A motivated Service Charge Accountant who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
