What would you be getting up to day-to-day as an Property Manager?
- Conducting day-to-day maintenance and repairs for properties within the portfolio.
- Acting as a liaison between owners and residents, offering assistance, advice, and troubleshooting as required.
- Performing property video reviews to illustrate the condition of properties to owners and identify any necessary maintenance.
- Collaborating closely with owners to strategise on enhancing their property portfolio, capital value, and yield.
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new properties and extending a warm welcome to new residents.
- Facilitating a smooth vacating process for residents when needed.
