The Role

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will work across both sales and lettings, providing expertise to clients while driving business growth. You’ll be instrumental in building relationships, securing deals, and ensuring the continued success of the branch.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations for sales and lettings, advising clients on pricing strategies and marketing plans.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
  • Sales and Lettings Negotiation: Manage negotiations between all parties to achieve successful outcomes, delivering a high level of service.
  • Branch Growth: Actively seek opportunities to increase market share and profitability, including canvassing and generating new leads.
  • Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise to help them succeed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met across all transactions.

 

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Experience: A strong track record in either sales and lettings, ideally with experience or exposure to valuations and listings.
  • Ambition: A hunger to succeed and a passion for growing the business.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • Drive and Initiative: A proactive approach to generating new business opportunities and hitting targets.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local property market is highly advantageous.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for attending appointments and conducting viewings as well as your own vehicle.
