What Youll Be Doing as a Senior Block Property Manager
- Leading the management of a residential portfolio in and around the East Anglian region.
- Managing safety, compliance, and safety cases for High-Rise Buildings (HRB).
- Setting, tracking, and signing off complex service charge budgets.
- Overseeing major works projects and Section 20 workflows.
- Managing relationships with key freeholders and resident associations.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members.
What Were Looking For
- Extensive experience working as a Senior Block Property Manager.
- MUST have hands-on High-Rise Buildings (HRB) experience.
- Solid understanding of leasehold legislation and building safety requirements.
- TPI accreditation is preferred but not essential for this Senior Block Property Manager role.
- Proven track record handling complex leasehold and budget disputes.
- Valid UK driving licence for this Senior Block Property Manager portfolio.
