What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Block Manager
- Manage day-to-day operations across a range of residential sites, ensuring they’re safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.
- Prepare service charge budgets, track expenditure, and provide clear financial reporting for your developments.
- Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and stakeholders, handling queries efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, oversee contractors, and carry out regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet targets, improve service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Block Manager or in a similar property management role.
- Industry qualifications such as IRPM or RICS are highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of service charge budgeting, contractor management, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload effectively.
