Job Type: Full-Time
Workdays & Hours: Monday – Saturday (5-day working week, with a day off in lieu)
Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Three Saturdays in, one Saturday off per month.)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out property valuations – Providing professional and accurate appraisals to clients.
- Winning new listings – Converting valuations into instructions and growing the property portfolio.
- Delivering outstanding customer service – Building strong relationships with vendors and providing expert guidance.
- Liaising with the sales team – Working collaboratively to ensure a smooth selling process.
- Staying informed about the property market – Understanding local trends and offering valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
✅ Experience as a Sales Valuer or within property listings.
✅ A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
