What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales/Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a crucial role in the team, handling both sales and rental properties while delivering outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing property viewings, negotiations, and sales/lettings progression.
✔ Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
✔ Providing expert advice on the Waltham Forest property market.
✔ Managing client enquiries and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
✔ Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this Sales/Lettings Negotiator role, you’ll need:
✅ At least 6 months of experience in property sales or lettings.
✅ A natural communicator – someone who can build rapport with ease.
