Your Role as a Residential Conveyancer
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in managing a wide range of property transactions, ensuring clients receive a seamless and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to provide timely updates and first-class service.
- Handling exchanges and completions with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
