What Youll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge
- Deliver exceptional service as the primary Residential Concierge on-site.
- Greet residents, manage visitor access, and handle incoming inquiries professionally.
- Oversee parcel deliveries, manage key holding, and coordinate building logistics.
- Conduct routine building walk-throughs to maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with on-site community events and foster a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere.
- Address resident concerns, log maintenance requests, and escalate complex issues swiftly.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Residential Concierge or within a similar luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong background in premium Build-to-Rent (BTR), high-end student accommodation, or luxury customer service.
- Superb interpersonal skills with a confident and polite communication style.
- Capability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Strong IT literacy to manage property management software and digital administration.
- Commitment to a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
