What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge
- Deliver a premium hospitality experience for all residents, guests, and visitors.
- Manage front desk logistics, secure parcel logging, and key distribution.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure amenity spaces and lounges look pristine.
- Execute vital building safety checks, fire alarm tests, and log keeping.
- Log maintenance requests on the digital platform and coordinate contractor access.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in Build-to-Rent properties is a must for this role.

A professional Residential Concierge with a strong background in customer service.

Proficiency utilizing property management software and digital access systems.

Comfortable working a rolling shift pattern of 12-hour days on a four-day cycle.
