What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a premium experience for all residents.
- Oversee site security by monitoring access and conducting regular building tours.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and collection of all resident parcels and mail.
- Address and resolve resident enquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Report any maintenance issues to the management team to ensure the property remains pristine.
- Support the Residential Concierge function by coordinating with external contractors and visitors.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Build-to-Rent properties is a must for this role.
- A professional Residential Concierge with a strong background in customer service.
- Flexibility to cover 12-hour day shifts on a rolling four-day schedule.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive Residential Concierge who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong IT proficiency to manage internal property software as a Residential Concierge.
