What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge
- Providing a high-end front-of-house service for all residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Monitoring building security via CCTV, access control systems, and regular site patrols.
- Coordinating reactive maintenance tasks and supervising onsite service providers.
- Facilitating the move-in process, including apartment inductions and key management.
- Managing all incoming deliveries, parcel lockers, and resident correspondence.
- Executing essential health and safety checks, including fire alarm and emergency lighting tests.
What We’re Looking For
- Direct experience within the Build to Rent (BTR) sector is essential.
- Background in delivering premium customer service in residential or hospitality settings.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload under minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and professional integrity.
