What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge (Night)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all residents and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the entrance.
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the grounds, monitor CCTV systems, and manage building access to guarantee a safe environment.
- Identify and log any facility defects, oversee onsite contractors, and perform basic reactive repairs to keep amenity spaces in top condition.
- Execute essential weekly health and safety checks, including fire alarm testing and emergency lighting inspections, while maintaining meticulous digital records.
- Manage the secure storage and distribution of resident parcels, conduct key audits every night, and assist with the induction of new tenants.
- Resolve enquiries or complaints with a proactive approach and assist the management team with building-wide communication and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Substantial experience within the Built to Rent sector or high-end residential property management.
- Proven background in a high-pressure customer-facing environment, ideally within the property or luxury hospitality sectors.
- Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, residents, and contractors both verbally and through written reports.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and a quick grasp of digital access control systems.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently during night hours as a Residential Concierge (Night) while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Pragmatic approach to handling unexpected issues, from lift breakdowns to minor maintenance emergencies.
