What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Concierge
- Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence for all residents and guests.
- Managing the secure handling of keys and the efficient processing of all incoming post and parcel deliveries.
- Conducting regular site patrols to monitor the security and cleanliness of communal spaces and amenities.
- Acting as a central point of contact for resident enquiries, offering local knowledge and lifestyle assistance.
- Maintaining detailed digital logs of building activities, visitor access, and contractor movements.
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues to the management team to ensure the building remains in peak condition.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience specifically within the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector is required for this role.
- A strong background in high-end hospitality or luxury residential services.
- The ability to work independently during the Residential Concierge shift, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- A polished and professional demeanour with a commitment to providing a 5-star resident experience.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach to building community rapport.
- Full flexibility to commit to a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, including 06:00 starts and weekend coverage.
