Responsibilities for Estate Agent Relationship Manager:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agent branches across Central London through consistent engagement and visits.
- Drive activity by delivering impactful coaching sessions to branch managers and teams, while identifying growth opportunities and creating partner plans to increase revenue.
- Efficiently manage your diary to meet appointment targets, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at every stage.
- Identifying suitable properties, generating leads, and training teams to recognise opportunities.
- Compile and present detailed Management Information to key stakeholders within our client’s organisation to support decision-making and strategic goals.
Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in the property industry, with experience in Sales, Branch, or Area Manager roles, achieving targets, driving results, and inspiring teams to foster business growth.
- Exceptional presentation skills, confidently engaging audiences of all sizes and building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays as needed.
