A respected property consultancy is looking for a proactive Property Marketing Executive to support the continued expansion of their residential and commercial portfolio. This position offers the chance to join a dynamic marketing function where you’ll help strengthen brand visibility and drive high-performing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with senior marketing leads and agency teams, the Property Marketing Executive will be instrumental in ensuring every instruction is promoted creatively, strategically and effectively.
Based near Liverpool Street with flexible working hours and 1 day office-based, this opportunity suits either an established marketer or an ambitious coordinator eager to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Property Marketing Executive
- Assisting in shaping and delivering a comprehensive marketing approach for both sales and lettings activity.
- Analysing customer behaviour and market trends to guide promotional decisions.
- Collaborating with agency teams to roll out campaigns and supply them with tailored marketing assets and practical tools.
- Managing marketing systems and property platforms, ensuring listings, user access, and system features operate efficiently.
- Overseeing the preparation of property collateral, including photography, floorplans, brochures and video content.
- Producing a steady pipeline of digital content such as newsletters, social posts, market updates and guidance articles.
- Coordinating major campaigns for premium properties, including bespoke brochures, multimedia content and PR activity.
- Enhancing the performance of the company website by improving listings, creating engaging content and driving SEO improvements.
- Organising targeted mail campaigns and identifying effective avenues for local advertising.
- Reviewing the performance of marketing initiatives and presenting insights to refine future activity.
- Supporting financial administration by monitoring budgets, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid background in delivering multi-channel marketing activity from planning through to execution.
- Previous exposure to property marketing or experience gained within a closely related sector.
- Confidence in reviewing data, interpreting results and using insights to improve future campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools, along with experience using social media scheduling software.
- Competence using website management systems to upload, edit and maintain online content.
- Strong writing ability with an eye for visual presentation, including the use of creative tools like Canva.
- Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage competing deadlines and coordinate multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with digital systems, templates and user setups across various platforms.
- A collaborative communicator who can build relationships across different teams.
