Role Overview for the Property Manager
- Managing a residential AST portfolio across Hertfordshire and Essex.
- Acting as key contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating property repairs with local contractors.
- Conducting site inspections, check-ins, and deposit settlements.
- Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and safety compliance.
- Managing property turnarounds to minimize void periods.
Essential Requirements for the Property Manager
- Solid experience as a Property Manager handling AST portfolios.
- Must live locally in or near Bishop’s Stortford.
- Strong working knowledge of UK lettings legislation.
- Excellent communication and dispute-resolution skills.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
