What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a residential portfolio as the primary contact for landlords and tenants.
- Conducting property inspections to ensure high maintenance and safety standards.
- Coordinating reactive repairs and overseeing approved contractors.
- Handling the full tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit management.
- Resolving issues promptly through professional and proactive communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience managing a residential property portfolio.
- Solid understanding of AST legislation and compliance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A confident communicator skilled at managing client and contractor relationships.
