Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations including gas, electric, and fire risk certifications.
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent increases, and contract negotiations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage the move-out process from notice to deposit return, including checkouts and dispute handling.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, delivering exceptional communication and service.
- Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems to reflect tenancy changes and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed as a Property Manager, you should have:
✅ Experience in residential lettings, either as a property manager or in a related administrative or tenant-facing role
✅ Strong understanding of property management processes and a proactive problem-solving approach
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle issues calmly and efficiently
✅ Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
✅ A full driving licence is preferred, but applications from non-drivers will be considered
