Property Manager
Location – Woodford Green

Our client is looking for a strong Property Manager who is a natural peoples person with the ability to multitask a variety of duties across the portfolio.
Day to day?
- Monitor and follow up on rent payments, maintenance inquiries, and safety certifications (gas/electric).
- Manage tenancy renewals, end-of-tenancy check-outs, and property license applications.
- Serve legal notices (Section 21 and 8), file possession applications, and attend court hearings.
- Coordinate bailiff appointments with locksmiths/clients.
- Cross-sell services (Sales, Lettings, and Property Management) while ensuring service quality, positive reviews, and CRM data accuracy.

- £30-000 – 35,000 PA
