Working Hours: Flexible, 1 day remote
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their properties are professionally managed.
- Overseeing rent collection, service charge budgeting and reconciliation, and day-to-day operational matters.
- Carrying out property inspections, addressing maintenance requirements and ensuring compliance.
- Appointing, monitoring and managing external contractors to deliver cost-effective services.
- Preparing budgets, working with finance colleagues to resolve queries and reconciling accounts.
- Reporting directly to senior management with regular client updates and recommendations.
- A background of 3+ years’ experience within commercial property management.
- Ideally holding RICS membership or accreditation, although strong practical experience will also be valued.
- Someone who can operate with confidence both independently and within a close-knit team.
- Strong numeracy, excellent communication and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Competence with standard IT systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple demands.
