A respected property services organisation in London is seeking a Property Administrator to support its fast-paced and friendly team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and keen to build their career within the property sector. The Property Administrator will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing reliable administrative support across the department.
The role also offers hybrid working and the option to adjust your daily working hours to suit your routine.
 
What You’ll Be Doing as a Property Administrator
As a Property Administrator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Handling calls, emails and general enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining organised property files, records and essential documentation.
  • Preparing letters, client paperwork and basic reports.
  • Updating the CRM system with new instructions and activity.
  • Liaising with solicitors and external parties to gather required information.
  • Proofreading and checking documents before they are sent out.
  • Raising invoices and keeping simple spreadsheets up to date.
  • Ensuring property listings, details and images are accurate and well presented.
  • Supporting the creation of marketing materials when needed.
  • Assisting with compliance tasks such as AML checks.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks, including filing and message management.
  • Providing occasional support on reception or during meetings.
 
What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Property Administrator, you will need:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid IT capability, including good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills, with the ability to produce work quickly when required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to all tasks.
