What You’ll Be Doing

As a Procurement and Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring contracts are created, reviewed, and managed with precision from inception through to execution. Your core responsibilities will include:

✅ Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to align with company objectives
✅ Liaising with internal departments to capture contract requirements and deliver compliance
✅ Monitoring obligations, risks, and performance milestones using systems such as Air Tables
✅ Maintaining thorough and organised contract records for auditing and reporting
✅ Collaborating closely with the Procurement and Contracts Manager and Legal Team on all contractual matters

You’ll also contribute to ongoing improvements in workflows, participate in review meetings, and stay ahead of industry best practices to ensure our processes are not only compliant—but cutting-edge.
