Private Investment Portfolio (Property) Manager | £45,000 PA | London
Our Investment client in Central London is currently looking for a strong property portfolio manager to manage their growing private PRS portfolio. The portfolio is diverse spanning across England, and you will look to grow and manage a team, and drive operational excellence. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on property management, focusing on exceptional service, compliance, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to tenants, landlords, and stakeholders while managing daily operations.
Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address issues across the property portfolio.
Compliance: Stay informed on legislation changes and ensure all practices meet regulatory standards.
Operational Efficiency: Implement cost-effective solutions to improve quality and streamline processes.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a small property management team.
Portfolio Oversight: Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet high standards.
Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and develop successful teams.
Experience: 3-5 years in a senior property management position, ideally within real estate investment.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of property management legislation and compliance requirements.
Skills: Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications: ARLA accreditation would be beneficial but not essential.
