What You’ll Be Doing as an Onboarding Client Accountant
- Orchestrate the fiscal setup of incoming property developments and audit handover files.
- Construct management statements evaluating outgoings against allocated funds and liquidity.
- Assemble annual financial records for validation by independent auditors.
- Address complicated tenant payment disputes and work with internal departments as an Onboarding Client Accountant.
- Conduct routine ledger balancing, premium allocations, and levy assessments.
- Oversee heat and power fund verification and handle tax compliance filings.
- Move finalized portfolio data to the core finance division following successful integration.
- Transition into more senior responsibilities as the department continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For
- Legal authorization to hold employment in the UK for this Onboarding Client Accountant role.
- Previous exposure to service charge finance within the real estate market.
- Articulate verbal and written skills for high-level reporting and liaison.
- Technical mastery of industry-specific property accounting software and sophisticated spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to travel to the Manchester office once a month, while operating fully remote for the remainder of the time.
- Over five years in a financial capacity with CIMA, ACCA, or ACA part-qualification.
- Sharp evaluative mindset focused on precision and workflow enhancements for an Onboarding Client Accountant.
