What You’ll Be Doing as a Nights Host
- Manage building security, monitor CCTV, and conduct regular site patrols.
- Provide a professional front-of-house service for all late-night resident enquiries.
- Oversee the cleanliness and safety of communal Built to Rent amenities and plant rooms.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance responses and escalate urgent issues.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and perform detailed shift handovers.
- Resolve any onsite incidents or complaints with a calm and mature approach.
- Act as a dedicated Nights Host to ensure you are essential to the smooth running of this East London development.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Built to Rent, hospitality, residential, or customer-facing environments.
- Competence in using building management software and security systems.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the building overnight.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of reliability.
- Commitment to a permanent 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern.
- Reliable professional ready to excel as a Nights Host for a leading Built to Rent operator.
