Are you a confident and driven property professional with a passion for valuations and client service? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Valuer to join a highly respected estate agency in Woodford Green. This is a full-time position with structured hours and excellent support – ideal for someone with lettings experience who enjoys valuing properties and helping landlords secure the best outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for attending lettings valuation appointments, building strong rapport with landlords, and delivering bespoke solutions to suit their needs. Your local market knowledge and polished approach will help ensure a smooth and professional lettings journey for every client.

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Valuer:

Attending lettings valuation appointments and delivering confident, market-informed advice.
Advising landlords on pricing strategy, compliance, and current market conditions.
Securing instructions through excellent service, clear communication, and expert knowledge.
Working closely with the lettings team to ensure a seamless handover and first-class onboarding of new properties.
Maintaining accurate records of valuations, feedback, and outcomes.
