Role Overview (Lettings Negotiator)
An exceptional opportunity for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to drive business growth across prime local postcodes:
- Register applicant enquiries and match tenants with residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings across the local area.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and liaise directly with landlords.
- Complete applicant referencing, ID checks, and move-in paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Promote property listings through digital portals and marketing channels.
- Progress tenancies efficiently from offer acceptance through to key handover.
Essential Requirements
- 6 to 12 months of residential lettings experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
- Solid understanding of UK lettings legislation and tenancy procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving competitive KPIs.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
