What You’ll Be Doing as a Lettings Negotiator
- Updating property ads on web portals to boost lead flow.
- Leading site tours and collecting viewer feedback.
- Using HubSpot to track prospects and manage sales.
- Handling the tenant journey from enquiry to move-in.
- Maintaining accurate and attractive online listings.
- Helping the ops team with daily office tasks.
- Contacting old leads to find new deals.
